We started our business nearly three decades ago because we wanted to share the joy, peace and healing we’d discovered through our experiences with crystals. Those who know how powerful crystal energy is, understand why it is vital to respect where it comes from. Taking crystals from the Earth in an unethical way affects the energy of the stone. That’s why we have always worked so hard to establish relationships with family-owned mines and other sources that are mindful when mining.

We want to be assured that our crystals are of the highest quality, and that they were obtained in a loving way. The reason we spend so much time hand selecting our crystals from our trusted vendors, is that we want each crystal to be vibrating at its highest frequency when it arrives to its new home. While buying crystals in mass quantities from certain sources may result in a lower cost, we prioritize the authenticity, energetic integrity and ethical sourcing of our crystals above all else. At the end of the day, we buy from someone we trust, and we want you to do the same. So whether you’re looking through your local crystal shop, or shopping online, make sure that the stones you’re looking to handle and place in your home are coming from a source you trust. When we put positive effort into respecting the Earth, that energy circles back our way.

Choosing a Crystal

Choosing a crystal can be overwhelming. There are so many options! How do you know which one you need at this moment? Healing with crystals is a very individualized experience. You may really connect with a particular crystal, while someone else may gravitate towards a different crystal—even if you’re using the crystal for the same intention. 

Finding the right stone is like any practice of wellness. It requires patience while you quiet the mind and realign the mind/body balance. Hold the stone in your hand and quietly think of your intention. Notice if you feel sensations such as hot or cold, pulsations, or calmness and tranquillity. These are all signs that this particular rock is perfect for your healing needs.

First Thing to do with Your New Crystals

First you want to cleanse your crystals. Then you want to set your intention for your crystal or jewelry. Once you’ve done both of those things, you can explore the different ways to use crystals.

How to Cleanse Crystals

Once you've picked out your crystal or jewelry, it's important that you cleanse it to clear the energy of the many hands that touched it before you. We recommend running a new crystal under clean water and then placing it outside under the sun or moon for a few hours. Next, light some sage or frankincense resin on a charcoal and infuse the crystal or jewelry in the sacred smoke. Lastly, to clear any lingering or stagnant energy in the crystal, place it in a room with high-vibrational music playing like mantras. We find this simple four-step process of water, sun or moon energy, sacred smoke, and music cleanses the crystals on a multi-vibrational level.

How to Set an Intention

Intentions help us invite a specific energy and goal into our life. Sometimes daily intentions are designed to contribute to a larger, longer-term goal, such as an intention of meditating daily to have better health. Other times intentions are mindsets purely for that specific day or moment, like expressing gratitude for a person or situation. Setting intentions allows you to connect with the energy of your crystal or jewelry to help bring your goals or mental shifts to life.

Using healing crystals is simple. There is no right or wrong ways to use them. Here are a few of our favourite ways to use them.

My Crystals Are Not Working

Crystals work to amplify the energy you are putting out into the universe. In order for the crystal to work, you have to work. Set your intention each morning and connect with its energy. Cleanse your crystal often and put out the energy you wish to receive. Then be patient. The crystals will bring you what you need exactly when you need it. Be open to receiving in a way that is different than you expected. For example, to bring in wealth, you may set the intention of working hard and earning a promotion, however the universe may guide you to a new venture. Keep an open mind and notice what signs the universe is sending your way to guide you.

Also keep in mind that healing and "the work" isn’t always unicorns and rainbows. You may have experience a lot of emotions or be confronted with things you don’t wish to face, which are energetic blocks. By connecting with your crystal to keep you calm, centred and knowing during this time and allowing these things to be addressed, you’ll be able move forward. Once you are able to break through these blocks, you’ll experience a clear message on how to achieve your intention. 

Assistance with Crystal Identification

If you need some help identifying a crystal please post a photo in our Facebook Group. Dr Anoop will do his best to help you identify the crystal in question. Posting it in the group allows for an amazing group of over 5,000 people to help you identify your stone as quickly as possible. When taking the photo please try to use the best natural lighting possible.

Raw, Tumbled or Touchstone

While the energetic healing properties of your crystal will remain the same regardless of shape, size, colour, or texture, each experience you have with these crystals may differ.

Using Multiple Crystals at Once

Before you combine different crystals, start by using one at a time. Set your intention for your first crystal and use it for 10 days. Notice how its energy affects your day, your mind and spirit.

How to Create a Sacred Space

Creating a sacred space is just about dedicating a specific area to the rejuvenation of your spirit. For some people, that may mean creating a sacred altar, while for others it might just be a meditation pillow in a peaceful area of your home, or a spot outside that feels tranquil to you. Over time, when you go to the same place to do prayers, meditate, or do whatever healing work that speaks to you, there’s an energy that builds up. It triggers your mind to feel soothed the moment you enter that space because it subconsciously recognizes it as a space of relief. Whatever relics, crystals or sacred objects you place in this space will hold that energy for you. It doesn’t have to be ornate.

Order Verification

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

GST Tax

GST Tax charges are applicable on all orders whether national or international order. For Invoices and B2B orders, please contact customer service or email us at info@avika.word

Currency

We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process, through international credit/debit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit/debit card number.

For Indian orders, you can make the payment through credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet or Paytm too. 

Change My Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can contact our customer service team with your request at info@avika.world

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@avika.world as soon as you can! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and as accurately as possible, we are sometimes unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us if the order has already shipped out.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we are processing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a separate email with a tracking number. To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the order history page while signed in to your account.

Shipping Costs

FOR ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS (SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA):

• Order above Rs 2000/- ~ FREE

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA) ~ Express Delivery INR 4,500.00

For all orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. As you checkout, you will have the option of Free Shipping if you are eligible.

Processing Time

Please allow a processing time of up to 24 hours from the time of placing your order for your Avika pieces and crystals to ship. We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in the order!

Shipping Restrictions

Avika does not ship on Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 24 hours of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on gemstone availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

Outside India orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. All orders must ship to a physical address. We, even, ship to PO Box as your shipping address.

Credit Card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and GST tax.

You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfilment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed. For that please contact customer service or email us at info@avika.world

Tracking Orders

The best way to find out the status of your order is to log into your account. You can also follow the link from your tracking email.

International Orders

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

Please allow up to 8-10 working days for your shipment to arrive internationally, depending on the shipping method you choose when you place your order. We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, after your package leaves the Avika’s headquarters, we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep.

Eco- Friendly Shipping Materials

Because we love and want to take care of our Earth, all Avika products are packaged and shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable options—including biodegradable packing peanuts (they dissolve in water!).

Return Policy

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! We offer exchanges and returns for your Avika products within 03 days of your purchase date.

Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our Crystal Shop, majority of our crystals will be final sale (it will be specified at the bottom of the description on the product page). That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers makes for happy crystals!

Return Order Form

Request an RMA by emailing us at info@avika.world and provide us with either your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) or Invoice Number (for orders placed via phone or walk-in) and which item you wish to return. The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at the Avika headquarters within 7 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA).

Tracking Your Return

We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded envelope and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Avika to replace it.

Exceptions

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

Avika offers a jewelry warranty of 30-days. If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of purchase, Avika will honour a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Please email a photo of your piece to info@avika.world  within that time period. Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your money back to your original method of purchase within 48 hours. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Custom Jewelry Designs

At this time, we do not make custom designs. Each piece of jewelry was designed by crystal expert, Dr Anoop Agarwal, with a specific crystal formula to best super charge the wearer’s intention.

Custom Jewelry Sizing

At this time, we do not make custom bracelet sizes.

Wearing Our Jewelry in Water

We do not recommend that you wear your jewelry in water or get it wet repeatedly. Overtime, water and moisture can break down the stringing materials used to create your piece and cause it to break. 

How to find the right Jewelry Size

Most Avika Jewelry is unisex. Some of the necklaces and bracelets have various size options though. For necklaces, the most common length for women is 16.5". The most common length for men is 21.5". For bracelets, the most common size for women is the 7.5" and for men is the 8".

If you are still unsure about what size to buy, use a piece of string to measure the size of your wrist. Make the string fit like you'd want your piece to fit. Measure your string with a ruler and choose the size that is the closest to that measurement!

Wearing More than One Piece of Jewelry

Cleanse My Jewelry

Even though your jewelry is cleansed before you receive it, it is still very important that you take the time to cleanse your jewelry before you wear it. There are many ways you can cleanse your jewelry! Here are our top 4 ways that we recommend:

Place your jewelry on the soil or branches of a healthy houseplant for 24 hours.

Place your jewelry outside under the sun or full moon for at least 4 hours.

Steadily hold your jewelry in the smoke of a burning Sage stick or Palo Santo stick until your piece becomes still.

Lay your jewelry on a piece of Selenite or Quartz Crystal for at least 6 hours.

How often you should Cleanse your Jewelry

We recommend cleansing your jewelry when it begins to feel heavy. As a general guideline, cleanse your jewelry every 5-7 days to keep your crystals at their highest vibration possible.

Choosing Which Wrist to Wear Your Jewelry On

There are three energy channels in your body known as nadis, which travel up the left, right and center of your body. Each of these energy channels controls different aspects of yourself, and by wearing healing crystals on different sides of the body, you can bring extra energy to those energy channels.

The left side of your body is your receiving side, dealing with your internal self. This is where your habits, motivation (or lack of) and emotions reside. When you wear jewelry on this side of your body, you can make internal shifts or invite specific energy into your life. 

The right side of your body drives your action. Wearing crystals on this side of your body aids in your productivity and controls the energy you put out into the world. This is your giving side. To decide what side of the body to wear your bracelet, you really have to tune into yourself and know deeply what is at the root of your blockage.
