Refund Policy

At Avika, we work hard to deliver the best crystals, jewelry, and spiritual products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Quick Summary

  • ✅ Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • ✅ Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Online, UPI, Paytm, Bank Transfer) within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

  • ✅ Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • ✅ Return shipping cost is borne by the customer. In case of damaged/incorrect products, we may reimburse up to ₹250.

  • ❌ No returns for gold/silver items, customized products, or free gifts.


Detailed Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return/replacement if:

    • You received a damaged product

    • You received a defective product

    • You received an incorrect product

  • You must raise a request within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] or calling +91 9654540333.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, untampered, and in original packaging.


2. Process to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care at [email protected] or +91 9654540333 within 72 hours.

  2. Register your complaint and obtain a Complaint ID.

  3. Pack the product securely with:

    • Complaint ID

    • Order Number

    • Reason for Return (Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, Other)

    • Your full contact details (Name, Address, Phone, Email)

    • If applicable:

      • DOA Certificate (for defective warranty products)

      • Picture of the product (if damaged)

  4. Send the package to:

3. Shipping & Courier Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In case of damaged/incorrect items, we reimburse up to ₹250 via a Gift Coupon (G.C.).

  • Please ensure the courier provides tracking details and keep the receipt.


4. Refund / Replacement Timelines

  • Replacement: Shipped within 5 business days after receiving and verifying the return. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Refund: Processed within 5–7 business days after our Quality Check team verifies the return.

  • Mode of Refund: Same as the original payment method (Online, UPI, Paytm, Bank Transfer).


5. Products Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Gold or Silver jewelry

  • Customized or spiritually activated items

  • Free items or gifts received with an order

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse/tampering


6. Special Cases

  • Outer Packaging Tampered: Share pictures immediately with our support team.

  • Defective (Manufacturer Warranty Products): Visit the nearest service centre for repair/DOA certificate. If not repairable, follow Avika’s return process with DOA proof.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: Must be reported within 72 hours for replacement/refund.
